Hi, I'm Mateusz,
but you can call me Matt. I’m a self-taught Polish artist currently living in the picturesque town of Ålesund, Norway. I specialize in pencil portrait drawing, with musicians and movie characters being my greatest inspiration. My goal is to capture their emotions and unique personalities in every piece I create.
My journey with drawing began years ago as a simple hobby, which gradually grew into a true passion and a way of life. Despite not having formal art education, I managed to develop my own style through perseverance and consistent practice. Today, my Instagram account is followed by over 52,000 people, which continues to motivate me to improve and share my art with an ever-growing audience.
I decided to create a drawing course because I believe that anyone with the right guidance and determination can learn to draw. In my course, I walk you through the process of creating realistic portraits step by step – from understanding basic proportions to mastering the details that bring your artwork to life. My mission is to help every student not only gain skills but also experience the joy of creating.
